ABOUT CHAD
I know what it feels like to not know what you're doing.
When I started my first company in 2006, I had no playbook. No mentor. No idea whether we were making the right calls. We figured it out, but not without a lot of hard lessons I wish someone had helped me skip.
Three startups and three exits later, I work with early-stage founders so they don't have to figure it out the hard way. I'm not here to impress you with what I've built. I'm here because I remember exactly what it felt like to be where you are.
What I actually understand, from experience
I've been a first-time founder, a repeat founder, a co-founder, and now an investor. That means I can meet you wherever you are.
The fear of getting it wrong
Every big decision feels existential early on. I've made the mistakes so I can help you avoid them.
Pitching to investors
What investors actually want to hear, and why most decks miss the mark before the first slide.
Co-founder dynamics
I've built all three companies with partners. The relationship is everything… and it's rarely talked about.
Scaling without breaking
From 0 to exit, I've navigated growth, hiring, culture, and the operational chaos in between.
The journey
Three companies, three exits. Here's the short version, the long version is better told over a call.

Sound like the kind of support you need?
I work with a small number of founders at a time so I can actually show up. If you're early-stage and want a straight-talking advisor in your corner, let's talk.
